This year has been an important one for Morrama. As a London based B Corp design and innovation studio with a score of 110, we have continued to put responsible practice, thoughtful design and long term thinking at the centre of our work. The impact we have made across sustainability, circularity, wellness, packaging and technology reflects both the ambition of our clients and the care our team brings to every project. (Data based on our financial year 24/25, June 30 year end)
What we achieved:
Our partnerships, ventures and innovations
Kibu has launched on the market and picked up 2 awards.
We have continued to develop products alongside PPK and see the first commission payments come in. This has been slower than expected, but we will reflect again in 2026.
Eco-flo has been taken as far as it can be without further support, we will know H2 2025 if this project will continue.
Continued positive impact on the wider community
Design Declares is going from strength to strength and in 24-25 year we began work on the Design Declares Climate Action Cards.
Sustainability knowledge and understanding is continually growing within the Morrama team.
Growing our following
We have ensured consistent thought leadership and content across Instagram, LinkedIn and our Newsletter
Taking Morrama to the next level
We have embraced the reputation Morrama has developed as a leader in planet-conscious design and are continually factoring this more into our process so that we can live up to the expectation.

Debrief
Across our client work, design has continued to reduce material use, streamline packaging systems and push everyday products towards more circular models. Many of the projects launched this year focused on refillable formats, compostable structures and scalable low impact solutions. The response has been strong, with several projects receiving global recognition for sustainability and design innovation.
Project spotlight: Wild
We’ve been part of Wild’s journey since day one. This year’s Wild Body Wash & Deo 2.0 pushed the benchmark further: refillable, plastic-free and compostable refill packaging designed for scale.
The system reduces plastic waste, lowers shipping volume and makes circularity simple for consumers. Recognition followed, winning at the 2025 Dieline Awards and cementing Wild’s place as a leader in sustainable beauty.
300 tonnes of single-use plastic avoided in 2024
310,787 trees planted (20,202 tCO₂e compensated – a 47 % increase from 2023)
90 new products launched (expanding beyond deo to body wash, hair care, lip balm, soap, hand wash)
Over 50,000 5-star reviews on Trustpilot
Case recycling scheme launched with First Mile (customers get £5 off when returning old cases)
Carbon footprint
This year we introduced a clearer and more consistent approach to measuring our carbon footprint. The new methodology gives us a stronger foundation for tracking progress in the years ahead. Our emissions reflect the realities of a hybrid team with a shared studio, including flights for our Milan team trip, commuting patterns and home working. The goal now is to use this baseline to make more informed decisions and integrate reduction strategies where they make the most meaningful difference.

Innovation
Morrama Lab has continued its evolution into an engine for future focused ideas. What started as an internal space for exploration is now working directly with sustainable material and technology startups. Early partnerships with Carbon Cell and Earthmade highlight the role design can play in helping founders clarify their propositions and accelerate early stage growth.
Community
Our community work has remained a constant thread. Around 250 hours were dedicated to Design Declares, teaching, mentoring, portfolio reviews, founder support and initiatives such as Kibu Club that introduce children to making and creative problem solving. These commitments help widen access to design, supporting both the next generation and the wider ecosystem around us.
Culture
Culturally, this has been a year of connection and momentum. We celebrated ten years of Morrama at Hackney Depot, hosted our first exhibition during London Design Festival and brought the full team to Milan, where we ran our first Out of Office Run Club. These moments strengthened the collective energy of the studio and supported the rhythm of our hybrid working model.
Team engagement
An 11-person crew, fully hybrid, with 90% retention and a 50/50 gender split.
- Uncapped holiday allowance
- Company performance-related bonus
- Private health insurance
We logged ~120 hours of training across the team, 60% used wellbeing perks, and we maintained high engagement through mentoring, jury service and events.
It has also been a stable and successful financial year. While we keep specifics within the business, stronger results have allowed us to reinvest in the areas that matter most: fair pay, team wellbeing, healthcare access, flexibility, bonus allocation, creative initiatives and continued relationship building in India. This stability gives us confidence as we look towards the year ahead.
Next steps
Our direction is clear. Continue scaling Morrama Lab. Deepen our expertise in design for sustainability, regeneration and resilience. Grow our international presence. And support clients who want to create products designed with intention and built for the world they are entering.
“Ten years ago Morrama was just an idea. Today, it’s a team of brilliant designers, strategists and thinkers working with global brands and start-ups to make products better for people and the planet. This year wasn’t just about looking back, it was about proving that design can keep pushing forwards. Thank you to my wife, our clients, partners and the Morrama team for making this possible.”
