Loopie Stroller
Designed by parents for parents
We worked with startup Loopie to design their hero product, the Loopie Hop. A stroller aimed at the Indian market, the project focus was on efficient design and speed to market whilst defining a recognisable aesthetic. Our design and engineering support helped them raise their initial funding of $1.6M and establish themselves as a leading brand in the baby-care market.

I have been extremely amazed by the whole team at Morrama (all new parents) that worked with us on this project - Juliette for example who was active on our project right till the end before her own maternity leave began. All the love to you and the whole team for have creating a culture so beautiful <3
- Akriti Gupta, Loopie founder
India's baby care products market is experiencing rapid growth, with projections indicating it will reach USD 8.61 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 11.76% during 2025-2030. Despite this expansion, there remains a gap in the market for well-designed, mid-priced baby products. Brands like Mokobara have successfully addressed similar gaps in the travel sector by focusing on design and Akriti Gupta, founder of Loopie, approached seeking the same.
Bringing the Loopie Hop stroller to market swiftly required an efficient use of time and attention. Building a close relationship with the factory, facilitated an agile process of design, testing and feedback that enabled us to bring a thoughtfully considered product to market in months rather than years. Stripping away complexity and designing the essentials with care and attentions has resulted in a product that is easier to assemble, more robust and long-lasting in use and can be retailed at a more competitive price.
The brand detailing and colour palette was created in collaboration with the talented team at Thought Over Design with the playful Sunset Orange becoming the brands iconic colour.
