Returns

All items returned to us due to incorrect address or the postal service not making the delivery will be refunded. We can then place another order with your confirmation. If you wish to return your unused and unopened product due to a change of mind please write on the package “return to sender” using the same packaging. This is a product that comes into contact with skin, hair and possibly blood so returns can not be made if used. If your product is faulty please see the next section.


Issues

If you are experiencing issues with the product please contact studio@morrama.com and we can do our best to help you. If you are struggling to use the product please remember this is a rewarding skill that needs to learnt, we have written a guide here. This illustrates using the product, how to load a blade and there is a video on beard trimming. Anything regarding Kickstarter, please get in touch with your backer number using the email kickstarter@morrama.com.


Refunds

We can only issue refunds if the product is unused and unopened within 30 days of purchase. All other problems will be replaced (if suitable) within 1 year of purchase, Morrama and Studio Morrama will use discretion to help all users as much as possible.

Shipping


We ship from the UK via Royal Mail, please see here for estimated timings to your country. Royal Mail offer tracking for most countries and more info on the excluded countries can be found here.

Please allow us up to 10 working days to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If your order is sent using Parcelforce you will receive an email on dispatch containing tracking details for your order.

UK orders can take up to 15 working days to be delivered through Royal Mail, but should usually arrive in 2-5 working days. International orders should usually arrive in 5-7 working days but on occasion can take up to 28 days. If you have not received your order by the times stated please let us know as soon as possible, we will be unable to help you if more than 3 months have passed from the date of dispatch.

We are not always able to track your order at every stage of delivery but we can try and track your order for you should you encounter any delays. If you still have not received your order after the normal 15 day (for UK orders) or 28 day (for international orders) delivery period has expired, you can contact our Online team. We will aim to respond promptly to confirm your order status. Please note that this address will only be in use for delivery queries after the delivery period has elapsed.
